Floral Silhouette

I have been spending my time behind my camera lately. The above silhouette is for you to use any way that you would like!

We have tons of feathered friends around.. altho really, this winter has been very easy on us and them. We have barely any snow (about 4" give or take) and typically we are up to our noses in it by now. I am wondering if this winter is so calm, what in the world will next winter bring? I'm sure Mother Nature has something planned to make up for the gentleness of this year!

Stop to smell the flowers... free vintage girl with lilies image

We are stopping to smell the flowers here.. school starts on the 29th for us and we'll be off and running with soccer, gymnastics, scouts, etc... All three of mine will be in school this year, two of them all day! It is bitter sweet though, I am looking forward to my new found time alone, but I think I'll miss them. Well, maybe after a few weeks. :) This week we are taking it easy, getting last minute shopping done and hopefully spending some time at the beach.

Hope you enjoying the last days of summer! It'll be the time of spooks and fabulous Halloween decorating before we know it! (I love Halloween!)

Vintage Blossom Stickers ~ Free Printable PDF

   

   

My mother gave me some vintage wrapping paper that she found tucked in a drawer a few months back. While working on some giveaway goodies for you, I ran across it and just loved the bright colors and very vintage feel! (the pink and yellow pattern was the original.. the others I digitally mixed for you..)

Click on the above images to download and print out your own Vintage Blossom stickers. You can print these on the 8 1/2" x 11" sticker paper or you can print it on regular paper and use a glue stick to apply. such a fun way to dress up scrapbooks, arts, crafts, cards, gift packaging, tags, photos, use them as labels for boxes, whatever you can dream of!

Free Victorian Calling Card Images Clipart

 

These lovely designs originally covered the name on the Victorian Calling Card. You had to lift the diecut, embossed image to reveal your visitors name below. So much more fancy than our boring business cards of today.

Vintage Clipart Woman w/Blossom Tree & PNG Image

My in laws gave me a large victorian scrapbook filled with pages of clipped images. (that is the source for so many of the fabulous images here for you). The above Vegetine Ad Card is probably one of my most favorite from the entire book. (although I do seem to have a lot of favorites!)

I pulled the woman out of the image and created a PNG file for you so that you can add just her into your artwork. The sample at the bottom shows you how she might look for you.. Her hand is just wonderful... reminds me of an Italian artist with the full, plump fingers. Feel free to use the sample image if you would like as well. All of the images in it you can find here on Percy & Bloom. (search the  keywords list for  'French' & 'Frames' & 'PNG files'.) Or you can type in those words to the 'Search Site' box in the sidebar.
