Is anyone else tired of the holidays?

I am so with you Abbie!! I find that I'm not even posting about them....I think we all start so early that we are destined to burn out. Also...the hectic pace is getting old! Hope all is good with you, xxoo, Dawn

Yes, I agree 100%. I'm tired of all the commercialization of Christmas. The long lines. I can't even go to Target to buy groceries without standing in line forever. It will soon be over and we will have a fresh new year.
Stay warm and safe.

This year I took it easy with decorating and making presents, so I'm kind of looking forward to have a great dinner, my husband cooks..I only have to make the salat ;) But I know I will be fed up with the Holidays after the 25th. Because 26th is another holiday here and gets pretty boring sitting at home......but I can understand where you are coming from...the same feeling I have about our grey Winter this year. I think we didn't had one whole day in December with sun and blue sky!!!!! Hang in there and make the best out of it....you always made it! Soon it will be over! Smiles and hugs your way!

I feel like I'm too busy to even think about them much, which is sad.

I love the piture of the little girl on the swing!

i have been where you abbie, this year it was simplify, simplify, simplify. it has worked and even though i have a large family i feel more at peace. i hope you and your family can really take in the holidays with deep long breaths of freshness.

I think this year finally broke me. I think I'm finally cured of the expectations that somehow got tacked on to the holidays along the way. I've got my New Year's resolution and it's to make a point of slowing down my pace big time and bringing alot more simplicity into my life. So there's a happy by-product of the last couple of weeks of intense stress. Wishing you peace, joy and all kinds of blessings for the holiday and for every day. xoxo Serena
