The music was written and performed by Tally Hall, an awesome band from Ann Arbor, Mich. They are signed to Atlantic/Warner Bros.

I think I might love them as much as my 2 year old daughter. I'm bummed there is no CD. Please convince Disney to make one and record more great Happy Monster songs!!
